Who we are

ATP Fantasy League is a small, private fantasy tennis league app operated for a closed group of participants. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, encrypted password.
• Game data: your squad, transfers, budget, fantasy points and scoring history.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

We do not collect location data, contacts, health data, or advertising identifiers.

How we use it

Only to operate the league: authenticating you, showing standings, calculating fantasy points from publicly available ATP ranking data, and sending service emails (approval, transfer window opening, scoring updates). We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider on secure managed infrastructure in the EU/US, protected by row-level security so managers can only read data they are entitled to see.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated league data at any time from Account → Delete account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or export of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. Contact us using the details on the Support page.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Third-party content

Ranking and points data is derived from publicly published ATP Tour rankings. This app is an independent fantasy game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the ATP Tour.
